Bagchal (Goats and Tigers)
A traditional Nepali strategy game — four tigers try to hunt twenty goats.
How to Play
- Bagchal is played on a grid with 5 points across and 5 down, connected by lines. One player controls 4 tigers, the other controls 20 goats.
- Goats start off the board and are placed one at a time. Tigers start already on the board and can move right away.
- Tigers win by jumping over goats (like in checkers) to capture 5 of them. Goats win by trapping every tiger so it can't move at all.
- Take turns, think ahead, and try to out-plan your opponent — it's a game of patience as much as strategy!
